- ⅛ heaping teaspoon cumin
- 2 teaspoon brown sugar
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ⅛ teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- 6 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

Instructions:
- Whisk together vinegar, spices, , brown sugar, salt and pepper in bowl
- Add olive oil slowly, continually whisking until all olive oil is incorporated
