• 3 Tablespoons sherry vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon clove
  • ⅛ heaping teaspoon cumin
  • 2 teaspoon brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
  • 6 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Whisk together vinegar, spices, , brown sugar, salt and pepper in bowl
  2. Add olive oil slowly, continually whisking until all olive oil is incorporated
