- 1 orange, peel removed and sliced into rounds
- ¼ cup beets, boiled or roasted, peeled, and diced
- ⅛ cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 4 cups braising mix
- 2 ounces blue cheese, crumbled
- Clove & Cumin Vinaigrette (see recipe for instructions)

Instructions:
- Toss together orange, beets, red onion in large bowl with braising mix
- Sprinkle blue cheese on top
- Dress with vinaigrette
- Serve immediately
