• 1 ea Large Bunch Radishes, cleaned and quartered
  • 2 ea Spring Onions, washed and sliced, green and white parts
  • 2 T Butter
  • 3-4 Turnips (Optional), quartered
  • White Pepper
  • Kosher Salt

This simple side dish is excellent with beef or chicken or simply by itself.

In a large saute pan, over medium high heat, melt butter.  When butter begins to foam, add onions.  Cook onions for just about a minute then add radish and turnip.  This is a very quick dish, only saute the radish and turnip for about 3 min.  They should be hot but still retain their bite.  Serve hot.  Leftovers can be tossed in your dressing of choice and served with a salad, although we rarely have leftovers of this dish.
