• 1 cup white granulated sugar
  • 1 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2-3 cucumbers, sliced
  • Optional fine diced basil and scallions
  1. Simmer sugar and apple cider vinegar in saucepan over medium heat until sugar is dissolved
  2. Set aside to let cool
  3. Toss cucumbers in dressing
  4. Serve immediately
