T.J. is the resident jack-of-all-trades. Currently working as the Bistro Farm's professional weed-puller and web-developer, he plans to study engineering next year.
When he's not studying, you can find T.J. practicing music or reading. An active gourmand, he is the yin to Chef Brian's yang. Recently converted to a whole food, plant based diet and sustainable lifestyle, his favorite part of The Bistro Farm is "...everything".
Valuing the why over the what, T.J. minds not what is done, but rather how it’s done. He has a passion for passion and believes that life is in the process. Teaming up with Chef Brian and Gina he is feeding off their enthusiasm for a sustainable life and an organic lunch.
