- 2 oz tomato paste
- 2 cups water
- ½ cup chicken or vegetable stock
- 1 Tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup brown rice

Small saucepan
Ingredients:
- Put all ingredients except rice into saucepan
- Stir in tomato paste while over medium heat.
- Bring to a boil, add rice, stir, and simmer for 25 minutes
- Rice is done when stock is absorbed and rice is soft (not mushy)
